- The Win a Hawke’s Bay Hamper competition is run by Rainbow Shade NZ and is open to residents of New Zealand only. Excludes employees, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Winner must agree for their name and photo may be used for all marketing and publicity purposes.
- By entering the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition closing date for entries will be 5pm, 31 March 2020. After these dates, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: You must correctly tell us the deliberate typo on Rainbow Shade’s About Us website page (https://rainbowshade.co.nz/about-us/), by email to info@rainbowshade.co.nz. The correct answer is for a typo and not a grammatical error.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as follows – 1 x Sumptuous Box hamper of Hawke’s Bay food and beverages to the retail value of $169 + delivery, supplied by Hawke’s Bay in a Box.The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winners will be selected by judging panel from all entries received and verified by the promoter and its agents.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
