At Rainbow Shade NZ we are a passionate family-owned boutique supplier to the New Zealand outdoor shade and screen market. Proudly based in sunny Hawke’s Bay, we like to think we punch above our weight.

With strong industry expertise behind us, we have first-hand experience of the need to provide protection from the strong Kiwi sun as well as enjoying outdoor living protected from wind and rain.

Rainbow Shade has been running since the late 1990s, starting out with shade cloth and today has expanded to include sales of eXtreme 32, Z16 and DriZ fabrics, the Mehler PVC range as well as high quality componentry such as Ziptrak®, Simu motorisation, Fidlock fasteners and others.
